Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Which Health Insurer, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging the competition are not eligible.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must leave a review of their experience with Which Health Insurer via Trustpilot
All reviews–positive or negative–are eligible.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

4. Prize
One winner will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk eGift voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

5. Opening and Closing Dates
The prize draw opens on [Start Date] and closes at 11:59 PM on [End Date].
Entries received after this time will not be included.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Participants may opt in to receive marketing communications, but this is not required for entry.

8. General
By entering this prize draw, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice if necessary due to circumstances outside of the promoter’s control.
The decision of the promoter in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final.
